Guillermo Azuara born in Teruel in 1975. In 2005 he obtained theAdvanced Studies Degree (DEA) in the PhD program "Information Technology and comunicacionesen mobile networks" (references to quality ANECA) and defended his doctoral thesis in 2013. He teaches in the area of Telematic Engineering since 2000.
