Pablo Laguna was born in Hoz de Jaca (Huesca), Spain in 1962. He received the Physics degree (M.S.) and the Doctor in Physic Science degree (Ph.D.) from the Science Faculty at the University of Zaragoza, Spain, in 1985 and 1990, respectively. The Ph.D. thesis
